Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Checkly HR management platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms apply to all users, including company administrators, managers, and employees.
Service Description
Checkly is a comprehensive HR management platform that provides attendance tracking via QR code scanning and GPS verification, shift scheduling, leave management, payroll processing, and workforce reporting. The service is designed for businesses of all sizes, with multi-location support and real-time analytics.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile setup
- Maintain the security of your password and authentication credentials
- Only access accounts, employee data, and HR records you are authorized to view or manage
Acceptable Use
You may use Checkly only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The platform is intended for legitimate HR management activities including attendance tracking, scheduling, leave administration, payroll, and reporting.
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal employment practices
- Attempting to interfere with, circumvent, or compromise the security features of the platform
- Accessing employee data, payroll information, or HR records you are not authorized to view
- Falsifying attendance records, manipulating payroll data, or impersonating another user
Privacy
Your privacy and the privacy of your employees is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of personal data, attendance records, payroll information, and other HR data processed through our platform.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Company administrators may request an export of their organization's data within 30 days of termination.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Checkly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
