Checkly currently supports Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English. We are expanding language support based on customer requests.

Each location in Checkly gets a unique QR code. Employees scan the code with their mobile device to clock in. The system automatically records the timestamp and location. QR codes can be printed and posted at your locations.

GPS verification automatically checks whether an employee is within a configurable distance (radius) from their assigned location when they clock in. This prevents buddy punching and ensures employees are physically present at their workplace.

GPS accuracy varies but typically works within 5-50 meters depending on the device and environment. You can configure the radius for each location to match your specific needs.

Checkly is designed to be self-service and user-friendly. Most setup takes less than 30 minutes. However, we offer professional onboarding for Enterprise customers.

QR code scanning works offline. Data syncs to servers once internet connectivity is restored. GPS verification requires internet connectivity to verify location.

There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime. If you're on a monthly plan, you can downgrade or cancel at the end of your billing cycle.

Yes! Our Professional and Enterprise plans support unlimited locations. You manage all locations from a single dashboard.

Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all attendance records and schedules during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
